Terms & data policy.

These terms apply to the Imperfect Irissio public studio and the StyleAI private atelier. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and respect the rights of others.

1. Artwork, downloads and licenses

The studio presents previews and editorial descriptions of artwork. A preview does not grant a license to reproduce, resell or redistribute a downloadable asset. Downloads and purchases take place on the linked marketplace. Its current listing, license, permitted uses, price, trial and renewal terms govern that transaction.

Artwork may be created with AI assistance and selected, edited or finished by Imperfect Irissio. Descriptions of size, resolution and transparency are shown only when supplied as verified specifications by the publisher.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Some marketplace links are affiliate links. Imperfect Irissio may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. We identify these links near the download action. Prices, offers, availability, attribution and commissions are set by the marketplace and affiliate program. No free download, trial eligibility or future income is guaranteed by this site.

3. StyleAI access and AI costs

StyleAI uses Google sign-in and the operator's access rules. BYOK users provide their own Gemini API connection and are responsible for its provider charges and account terms. Any owner-funded allowance is subject to the available budget and account limits. Access to a studio artwork does not automatically fund AI usage.

4. Your content and privacy

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, and provide personal references with consent. Your private wardrobe is not automatically published. You retain control of your own Drive files. See the data policy below for processing, storage and your options.

5. Suggestions and print studies

AI recommendations, restored garment images, outfit visualizations and print studies are interpretations. Review them before relying on them. A print study is a concept image; it is not a downloadable artwork license, print proof, size measurement or guarantee of fit. Confirm manufacturing requirements with your print provider.

6. Dream reflections

Dream reflections and public symbolic guides are creative journaling material, not medical or mental-health advice, predictions, diagnoses or universal meanings. Do not use them to make urgent health, safety, legal or financial decisions. Public guides are general editorial pages and do not reproduce a visitor’s submitted dream.

7. Availability and acceptable use

External services, quotas and network availability can affect the experience. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, infringe rights or use the publishing system for spam. We may restrict access for misuse. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

Contact the official Imperfect Irissio Pinterest profile for questions about the service. The marketplace handles purchase, subscription, refund and license questions.

9. Privacy and data policy

Imperfect Irissio operates this service. We process the information needed to deliver the features you request, maintain your account, and protect the service. Choosing Save references or Import photographs enables personal outfit previews for your recommended combinations. Asking for an edit queues those previews automatically and saves them privately; enabling the wardrobe brief includes its saved outfit images in that email. Make my print study and Explore the reflection start their respective requested operations. Reading these terms does not authorize unrelated processing, advertising, publication of personal content or sharing with another user.

Reference images are ordinary styling photos, not biometric identity verification. You choose whether to add them and can remove their links later. The separate email, smart-closet and anonymous-guide settings stay optional and off until selected. Pairing requires the existing invitation and selection of what to share; these terms do not grant blanket partner access.

9.1. General data collection

We respect the privacy of our audience. Our hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect this website. If you contact us, we use your communication to respond. This release adds no advertising trackers or audience analytics scripts.

9.2. Internal software operations: Imperfect Irissio CMS

Imperfect Irissio uses proprietary internal software to manage its publishing workflow. The CMS connects our internal content database to our own Pinterest Business account to schedule and publish original artwork and articles. Visitors are not asked to connect their Pinterest accounts.

Pinterest API data

We use Pinterest API information solely for internal publishing and related content management, subject to the Pinterest Developer and API Terms. We do not sell, rent or transfer this API data to third parties, or use it for surveillance or lending. Authentication tokens are retained in the internal publishing application, not in the public storefront.

9.3. Your private StyleAI atelier

Google sign-in identifies your account. With your permission, StyleAI creates a wardrobe catalogue and image folders in your own Google Drive using the limited drive.file scope. Garment images, care information, wear history and styling preferences support the features you choose.

The operator's private account service keeps approval status, account details, usage records and encrypted Google refresh tokens and personal Gemini keys. A BYOK key is entered privately in StyleAI, not in a public catalogue or Pinterest workflow.

When you request AI processing, the necessary garment images, optional personal references selected by you or styling information are sent to Google Gemini. Live conversation sends microphone audio after you start it. Provider handling depends on the Google service and account tier you use; review Gemini's terms.

A studio print study sends a public artwork preview and one garment image to Gemini only after your explicit choice. It stays private and does not publish your photographs or grant the publishing CMS access to your wardrobe.

9.4. Private dream reflections and anonymous motifs

When you request a dream reflection, the text is sent to the configured AI provider for that response and is not written to our application storage or a public page. Please omit names and identifying details. Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived rate counters protect the form.

If you separately select “Suggest an anonymous public guide”, we retain a keyed fingerprint and coarse non-personal visual motifs, such as “moon” or “forest,” for up to 90 days so repeated submissions do not inflate demand. We do not retain the dream text. Public guides are general editorial pages created only after distinct aggregate demand and matching public artwork exist; they never reproduce a visitor interpretation.

9.5. Storage and your choices

Essential sign-in cookies, local device storage and an offline app cache keep your session and saved work usable. Logging out clears local personal data. Your cloud originals remain in your Google Drive until you remove them there.

You can export your catalogue, remove records, disconnect Google, remove your personal API key and delete reference photos from your private Drive. Optional Google Form photo copies are removed after transfer or after seven days. Account and operational records remain while needed to operate the service; contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority about a privacy concern.

9.6. Third-party services

New StyleAI catalog images keep Gemini’s normalized white background. StyleAI no longer sends them to Pixian.AI, Clipdrop or Vectorizer.AI for background removal. Existing image exports remain available. The operator’s separate Dominion publishing factory is not changed by this update.

Weather is fetched by our server from MET Norway, with wttr.in as a backup and Photon/OpenStreetMap for city lookup. The lookup sends your chosen city and country; forecasts use city coordinates. These services see our server request rather than a direct request from your device. Account identities, wardrobe records and personal photographs are not included in weather requests. The server may cache public provider responses across visits, keyed by location or coordinates. Your signed weather reports stay in the current visit and are not stored in the shared cache. Weather is optional and may be unavailable or outside the forecast horizon.

Cloudflare hosts this release and public artwork previews. Google supports sign-in, private files, forms and AI features. Pinterest and linked marketplaces apply their own policies when you visit them. Marketplace or affiliate links may use their own attribution mechanisms after you click. This website does not process purchases or card details.

9.7. Contact us

10. Weather and location acknowledgments

Weather forecasts are based on data from MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute), used under CC BY 4.0 / NLOD 2.0 unless otherwise specified. We summarize forecast samples, group condition codes for styling and round temperatures. No endorsement is implied. Check the timestamp shown in the weather view; unavailable or out-of-horizon forecasts remain unknown.

The backup forecast service is wttr.in. City lookup uses Photon and © OpenStreetMap contributors, whose geographic data is available under the Open Database License. Hosted weather-data rights are not inferred from a service’s software license.

11. Other services and software

Google handles account sign-in, private Drive and Sheets files, optional intake Forms and Gemini processing for requested AI features. Cloudflare hosts the application, serves public previews and supplies abuse protection. Resend delivers the wardrobe email, including the saved outfit visualizations as inline image attachments, only when enabled. These images are sent to your configured email address without making your Drive files public. Pinterest supports the operator’s publishing account and external public journal; marketplaces process their own purchases. These services have their own terms and policies. Weather and media secrets are not published in browser code.

Gemini handling depends on the provider account and service tier, including BYOK usage. Review the Gemini API terms, Google privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Resend privacy policy. Google’s account permission screens and the browser’s microphone, camera and storage permissions remain controlled by those services and your device.

The interface includes Three.js under the MIT License, DM Sans and Instrument Serif under the SIL Open Font License. The build uses JavaScript Obfuscator under BSD-2-Clause.
